Putts are short in a yard, so you look right down at the pin. We print both faces on separate layers and sew them together so the stars stay in the upper corner from both sides of the cup. Slide it down the fiberglass stick and it catches the breeze.

Two layers sewn flatWe print two separate pieces of nylon and stitch them back to back. You see the pattern face on whether you stand on the patio or putt back from the garden edge.
Stitched outer hemWind works the edge of a yard flag loose when the pole stays out all week. Double rows of thread run along the perimeter to hold the raw cut nylon together.
Hard insert sleeveAn inner plastic tube slips right over a short practice pole. It spins freely around the top of the stick so the fabric does not wrap itself into a knot around the joint.
