Putts on a backyard green usually end when somebody opens a drink. We stitched this green mini flag for that exact moment, pairing the nineteenth hole text with a wine glass print on heavy nylon cloth. It slides down the rod and rests above the cup without flopping into the grass.
Stitched nylon clothThe green cloth is cut from nylon fabric and run through with double stitching around the borders. That keeps the edges from fraying when the afternoon breeze picks up across the lawn.
Hard sleeve mountA rigid plastic tube runs down the hoist side. It slips over a small garden pin and stays upright, so the fabric turns freely around the rod instead of wrapping itself in knots.
