How a return runs

Returns follow the posted policy of the shop that sold the piece: start on the order page for the delivery, pick the piece, and that shop issues the label and the instructions. When the piece lands back, the money goes back per the same posted policy.

What to check before sending

Keep the cloth dry and the sections in the box they came in; a return travels better in its own packaging. The window and the condition rules belong to that shop and are printed on its policy page.

Wrong size rather than wrong piece

If a 6 ft pole should have been a 3 ft one, the fastest route is a return on the order page and a fresh order. The flagstick length note keeps the second guess from happening.
