How a return runs

Returns follow the retail partner’s posted policy: start on the order page for the delivery, pick the piece, and the partner issues the label and the instructions. When the piece lands back, the partner puts the money back per its posted policy.

What to check before sending

Keep the cloth dry and the sections in the box they came in; a return travels better in its own packaging. The window and the condition rules are the partner’s and are printed on its policy page.

Wrong size rather than wrong piece

If a 6 ft pole should have been a 3 ft one, the fastest route is a return through the partner and a fresh order. The flagstick length note keeps the second guess from happening.
