Who packs and sends

Orders placed through the buy buttons are packed and sent by our retail partner. Delivery windows, carriers and costs are shown at the partner’s checkout before you pay, and they depend on your address and the options you pick there.

Following a parcel

The partner’s order page shows where a parcel is at any moment and is the place to raise a hand if one stalls. This catalog never sees the parcel, so it honestly cannot tell you where it is.

One order, several boxes

Pieces on different shelves can leave different buildings, so a three-piece order may land as three boxes on three days. The order page lists each leg on its own.
