Where do I actually buy?

Every buy button opens our retail partner’s page for that exact piece. Cart, payment and delivery run there under the partner’s terms; this site is the part where you choose well.

Why does a price here differ from the checkout?

Figures on our cards are read when the page is built. The retail partner moves prices on its own clock, so the checkout is always the number that counts.

Can I order by email or letter?

No. The inbox and the address handle questions and paperwork, not orders. Buying happens at the partner’s checkout only.

A box arrived damaged. Who fixes that?

The retail partner that packed and sent it. Open its order page for the delivery and report it there; that route is the one its policy answers to.

Which piece fits my lawn?

Do you sell anywhere else?
