We cut these small enough for a practice pin in the yard. The heavy plastic tube slips over the top of the pole, so the fabric turns when the air moves instead of tangling around the fiberglass. You drop it on and putt.
Plastic tube insertThe molded plastic core runs top to bottom through the sleeve. It drops down over the tip of a yard pole and lets the fabric swing around the pin as the wind shifts across the grass.
