Putts do not have to stop when the yard goes dark. We built this setup to drop right into a regulation cup, lighting the bottom of the hole without getting in the way of the ball. The fiberglass pin sits in the center, and the double layer nylon flag catches enough ambient glow to mark the line.

Rechargeable ring lightThe light drops into the cup and sits flat near the floor, shining up through a diffuser lens. It runs through solid shades or slow color changes so you can see where the cup edge drops off in the dark.

Fiberglass pin and baseThe pole is solid fiberglass, sized short for small greens and yard targets. A molded retriever rests on the bottom, so you can lift the ball back out by the pin rather than digging your fingers into the cup.

Double layer flagWe sew two layers of nylon cloth back to back on these small flags. The extra weight gives the rectangle enough body to stay flat instead of curling around the stick when the evening dew settles on the grass.

Sized for regulation cupsThe light ring matches standard putting cup dimensions. It slides in around the center ferrule without catching, and you can pull the whole assembly out together when it is time to charge the battery inside.
